This autumn, wellness chef and author Gemma Ogston (founder of Mama Shrooms) returns to Ibiza for a very special retreat day at the iconic Pikes with Tess Love food Ibiza and Tim local mushroom expert. Gemma Ogston is a plant-focused chef, wellness speaker, and the founder of Mama Shrooms, a brand dedicated to functional mushrooms and natural health. She is also the author of The Self-Care Cookbook and The Healing Cookbook, and has appeared as a TV chef, sharing her expertise on food that heals, sustains, and supports everyday wellness.

Following a much-loved Ibiza retreat a few years ago, Gemma and Tess are back to explore the power of functional mushrooms and how they can transform health and wellbeing. With autumn approaching, this day is perfectly timed to focus on recovery after a busy season, immunity for the colder months ahead, and everyday mental health support for the whole family. Gemma will be joined by Tim, who will lead a thought-provoking talk on microdosing and modern approaches to wellness. Together, they will open up an inspiring conversation about how ancient remedies and contemporary practices can sit side by side.

Food will be at the heart of the day. Gemma will collaborate with her good friend Tess from Love Food Ibiza to create a buffet-style lunch designed to be both nourishing and beautiful.
