THREE WAYS IN
From the Opening Ceremony on Thursday to the Farewell Dinner on Monday, you move through the full arc of the week: Ground, Connect, Peak, Flow, Integrate, Return.
Experience – Renaissance: your stay at Renaissance Wind Creek (adults-only, downtown, private-island access), transfers and the full program.
Experience – Privada: your stay at Privada Stays (boutique, Eagle Beach, a private pool in every room), transfers and the full program.
Frequency: the full program only, for guests staying in Aruba on their own.
Experience passes come in double (shared) or single (private). Prices are per person.

Frequency includes the full program, both chef-led dinners and all wellness without the stay or transfers.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A 33% deposit reserves your pass. With the payment plan, the balance is split into three equal monthly payments, paid in full by 31 August 2026.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFERS
All sales are final and non-refundable. The moment you book, your hotel room, transfers and place in the program are reserved and held in your name.
If you're unable to attend, contact us. Transfers are handled case by case, limited to one name change per pass, and must be completed at least 2 weeks before the event.
