Leeds Pride Ticket Terms & Conditions

Event Date: Saturday 17th July

Location: Lower Briggate, Leeds

Site Opening Times: 12:00pm – 10:00pm

These Terms & Conditions apply strictly to the Leeds Pride event taking place on Saturday 17th July only. Tickets are valid for this date only and are non-transferable to any other event date.

1. Event Times & Entry

The event site opens at 12:00pm and closes at 10:00pm.

Last entry is 7:00pm.

Entry may be refused after 7:00pm at the discretion of event management.

Re-entry is not guaranteed and is subject to capacity and security checks.

2. Age Restrictions

No children under the age of 3 are permitted. The event is not suitable for this age group.

All children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.

There must be no more than three (3) under-16s per one (1) adult aged 18+.

Proof of age may be required upon entry.

3. Animals

The event is not recommended for pets.

Assistance dogs are permitted.

4. Food & Drink Policy

Sealed water bottles are permitted.

No glass is allowed on site.

No alcohol may be brought into the event.

Bags may be searched upon entry.

5. Safety & Conduct

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, intoxicated, or disruptive.

All attendees must comply with event staff, security personnel, and safety procedures at all times.

6. Ticketing & Refunds

Tickets are valid for Saturday 17th July only.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of full cancellation by the organisers.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

All ticket proceeds go directly towards funding Leeds Pride and supporting the delivery of this event.

The event operates under licensing conditions and capacity limits.

Admission is subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
